Initial Consultation £100 -

Full Mental Health Assessment, Rating Scales & Recommendations.

Approximately 1 hour 15-minute duration.

 

Fee Per Session £85 -

Sessions are around 50-minute duration, and EMDR sessions are slightly longer.

 

I may combine both CBT/EMDR based on the presenting problem.

Sessions are offered on a secure, online platform of your choice.

Therapy prices can be costly, especially in this climate.  I always aim to define the number of required sessions from the offset, and we will discuss your needs accordingly.

48-hour cancellation notice required or full session price to be charged.  Payment is to be made in advance of each session.

All sessions are confidential unless the risk to self or others determines otherwise.  I have a duty of care to protect vulnerable adults/children and to pass on illegal activity to the relevant authority.
